I have no idea - Corythucha
Swanzey, New Hampshire, USA

Size: 3mm
Not only do I not know the species, I don't know the genus, family, or even order. Ouch! You can get a pretty decent idea of its size as this little guy (or gal) is perched on the tip of my index finger.

Corythucha sp.
large genus where you usually have to know the host plant to identify species

Lacebug
It's a lacebug (Tingidae) of some kind, see: http://bugguide.net/node/view/99.

Lace Bug
It's a Lace Bug in the Family Tingidae. You could look through the photos to see if you find a similar one. Someone else will probably be able to identify it down to species. Nice photo.
