Not an ID, just an observation...
It looks a bit like
Charidotella purpurata
But looks can be deceiving, so be sure to wait for expert confirmation/correction.

The two seem so similar. What's the difference - spots versus no spots? I seem to see the one without spots quite a lot, but it seems to be much more the unusual of the two in BG so I'm confused.

I think a good character is whether
the elytra are clouded next to the humeri (purpurata) or not (sexpunctata)

I find them confusing, too...
especially given that the "spotted" species (sexpunctata) doesn't always have spots--or can have them and then lose them! That's why I made an observation, and not an ID. Evidently, this time I got lucky. :)
