Micromoth with dark bar and a few spots -
Deltophora glandiferella
Houston, Harris County, Texas, USA
May 8, 2010
Size: ~8 mm long
Came to UV light. I looked far and wide in MPG, and Deltophora glandiferella and Prolita dialis look similar to my guest, but I just don't know.

Mike's specimen also has the spots found in your specimen, just very lightly marked. (no rsvp, thanks)
