These spiders live in my house. I always see them missing a leg they must fight with other spiders. If you approach them they get scared and jump, which can be startling when theyre on the ceiling.

looks like a Ghost Spider, Family Anyphaenidae, male
How about something like this Hibana?
Let's see if the spider experts agree.
