Size: 4-6mm
Found on Southern Fleabane. This was about the size of bees I have photographed Dr. Ascher has ID'd as Lasioglossum.

I believe that is a tiny wasp in the corner, which I did not notice until I was viewing the images on my computer. That is posted here:
