Size: 1/16"
There were maybe 30 of these guys on one yucca plant leaf. I have no idea what they are but they were grouped pretty tight and started scattering as I approached with the camera.

It's the nymph of a true bug. In fact, it looks a lot like the Yucca Plant Bug,
Halticotoma valida
.
Let's see if others agree.

Huh...I never even thought to search for the bug based on the specific plant. Interesting that it is a bug specific to Yuccas. Thanks for the ID of which I'm confident you are right.
