Mature Large Female Southern Black Widow - Latrodectus mactans - Female

Size: Over 1 inch
Cleaning a shed, she had nested in a corner behind some cardboard. That is a standard rake in the picture. She overwintered it seems. Her abdomen is about the largest I've seen, may have been gravid with eggs. Abdomen estimate size of quarter.
