maybe Olla v-nigrum?
Not sure, the only other late-instar larva photo we have is one of yours and the white markings aren't quite the same as this. Very similar so it could just be a different instar. Would you mind putting it in Unidentified Larvae under Coccinellidae? It's easiest for me to go through my larval key when they're all in one place.
