Hacklemesh weaver?
I'll be curious as to other opinions, but this reminds me most of the family Amaurobiidae.

Corinnidae?
I thought the eyes looked sac spiderish to me, so I checked that guide page. I saw that Trachelas had been removed from that family to Corinnidae, and as soon as I saw the word Trachelas I thought that's what this looks like. I wonder if this could be one of the ones we don't have in the guide?

EDIT: Well, scratch that idea. It looks like there is only one species in the northeast and that's tranquillus. I'm going to look at the other spiders in the family.
