I cropped and lightened your photo a bit
to help me see the venation of the wings more clearly. It is a male European Mole Cricket.

Mole Cricket
This insect looks to be a Mole Cricket, I've never seen one in person but they look like pretty cool bugs! Just Google search for it, there's tons of images.
