unknown dermestidae
Hello, I am studying arthropods associated with a sheep carcass in San Luis Obispo, CA. I found a beetle that I am pretty sure is a Dermestid, but it lacks scales or hair. It strongly resembles Cryptorhopalum apicale.
Any insight on a hairless/scaleless dermestid would be appreciated, Thank you!!
