Ibalia leucospoides - female

Ibalia leucospoides - Female
Franklin Parker Preserve, Woodland Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
May 8, 2010
I think that this landed on someone's neck and took a swat before I got a chance to photograph it. I have a couple of more images. Can any ID be made?

Moved
Moved from Ibalia.

Ibaliidae
Ibalia leucospoides (Hockworth). Parasite of Siricidae in coniferous trees.

Moved
Moved from ID Request. Thanks. Looks like this might be worth keeping for a while despite the specimen's condition.

Ibalia sp. (Ibaliidae, Cynipoidea)
Seemingly a female. Virtually identical to European I. leucospoides, maybe the same species.
