Emerged on or before may 4, 2010. Galls on pagoda dogwood, Cornus alternifolia, collected 31-Oct-2009.

"....previously known from Cornus alternifolia in NY, WV and MD. These have one generation per year and emerge in spring from previous year’s galls. Other than that not much is known." R Gagné
