Adela caeruleella - female

Adela caeruleella - Female
Dismal Swamp State Park, Camden County, North Carolina, USA
May 13, 2010
It appears to be similar to Dichomeris nonstrigella, but it's missing the large, orange labial palps. Gender difference or am I wrong all together?
