Found near a box of Rice-A-Roni which had been outdated a year earlier. The box was full of his/her relatives. Picture taken with a bellows extension on a Canon DSLR camera.

looks like Trogoderma sp. (Dermestidae)
Growing up in Arizona, this was the more-common genus of dermestids in grains, etc.
