There were tons of these guys buzzing around a large shrub with small white flowers.

Pseudomasaris coquilletti, male,
based on antennal segments VI-VII gradually widened, the club less well defined.
Please add the location in the line provided for "City/ Location", by going into 'edit' for this image.
Regarding the "large shrub", how large was it?
When you say 'tons', I'm curious as to what numeric estimate you might add.
