A friend and I collected ten in Shelton, and found(But did not collect) many more in Clark County, WA. ID for them have all been verified through iNaturalist

Probably Pterostichus pumilus Casey
Based on small size (8 mm), pronotal shape, and right hind angles...But tough to be certain, as with most others within this group, without examining the specimen.

It is the same...
I took all the photos at home and have the only one specimen. The difference might be just because the different angles or light conditions.
