Pale Beauty or Fringed Looper Larva, 5th instar - Campaea perlata
Town of Baileys Harbor, Hidden Corners Sanctuary, Door County, Wisconsin, USA
June 5, 2003
Larva found by Kay Stiefel on May 31, 2003 hanging from a belay line on Balsam Poplar (Populus balsamifera). Larva pupated on June 7, 2003 in a rolled up leaf of Balsam Poplar. Adult eclosed June 25, 2003.
