Isochnus populicola (Silfverberg)
This species is introduced from Europe along the northeastern coast of the USA into adjacent Canada. It is often mistaken for I. rufipes but look along the base of the pronotum and you'll see a band of whitc scales, this and a more elongate body form are characteristic for I. populicola.
