Wolf Spider? - Trochosa

Wolf Spider? - Trochosa
Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, USA
May 19, 2010
Size: 4mm
Is this a small wolf spider? I found several of these on the foundation of my house. I always have trouble distinguishing them from funnel web spiders. I couldn't get a better shot of the eyes.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

This shot of the eyes is fine
Nothing but a wolf spider has those eyes. Good Call! Someone may even be able to give you a genus.

..
Genus is Trochosa. There are two species in the area: terricola and ruricola, and they look very much alike.

Thanks
Thanks for narrowing it down, John!
