Black-bordered Lemon Moth - Marimatha Moth - Marimatha

Moved to genus
Moved from Marimatha tripuncta.

The shape of the pm. line does not match the description by Ferris & Lafontaine (2010) (1) which should be more "deeply curved around position of reniform spot." We cannot be sure what this is without dissection. There are two tripuncta specimens at BOLD with pm. line that approach the above but they were not barcoded.

Marimatha tripuncta - Hodges #9045
Moved from Marimatha.

the only Marimatha species in Florida with the post medial line. This one is lacking the third black dot.

post-medial line
I am not convinced this one can be differentiated reliably from photos. Steve Nanz pointed out to me that BOLD sample DNA-ATBI-2457 is M. nigrofimbria, and has a pm line. There are a lot of more northern M. nigrofimbria that have pm lines. Thoughts?

probably not Marimatha nigrofimbria
Moved from Black-bordered Lemon Moth.

I will come back to this one
