looks like a spider wasp with a catch
The wasp appears to be a spider wasp (Pompilidae) with an already-paralyzed spider (the prey). From the first image, it appears that the 2nd-4th pairs of legs of the spider have been removed. A female spider wasp paralyzes her prey, drags the hapless spider to an underground nest, and lays an egg on it. The egg hatches into a wasp larva (maggot) which has fresh meat to eat and grow on.
