Acanalonia laticosta?
The differences between A. parva and A. laticosta are subtle - the latter has the costal margin somewhat more enlarged and the venation less densely reticulate, especially in the lower half (near the costa), and the head is somewhat shorter and flatter. The only reliable character is probably the pregenital sternite in the female, which has a flat-bottomed notch at centre in A. parva while in A. laticosta it is toothed at centre.

Doering's opinion that the overall wing shape and size will differentiate these species seems to be in error.
