On the underside of a blade of grass, overhanging standing water (flooded shrub swamp / vernal pool). I suspect these are from some sort of aquatic fly.

I ran this one by Bill Murphy, along with the other two I just moved here, and he said about this one: "The second image shows older sciomyzid eggs. You can see the posterior spiracles almost protruding through the chorion. No telling what genus or species, but sciomyzids for sure."
