I think it had a crambid-esque snout, but got blurred out of the photo possibly due to movement.

P. albastrigulella

or maybe a gelechoid?
Pleurota albastrigulella is similar but cant find any live images. If the palps were in focus on this shot it would be a much easier call.

I Agree
I thought those white marks near the end of the palps were artifacts but I am fairly sure that you are correct and that those are in fact the ends of the palps. Nice!
There are images on the web of other species within
Pleurota
from outside North America and your image looks good to me for that genus. I'm going to see if I can get an expert opinion on this. In the meantime you can check out images at British Lepidoptera
