Bucculatrix
Definitely something in Bucculatrix, but I don't know which species it is.

just a guess: #120 Pseudopostega albogaleriella?
Hard to say because there are no live images of the species, but some plates do look similar. In particular, the scape appears to be enlarged as seen in other members of this genus (but maybe not enlarged enough? its hard to tell from this photo) and the wing shape is consistant. The markings on the FW are mostly similar, and the gray blotchiness on the basal half of the forewing, while lacking in all plates, could be due to wear? The more I compare the images the better I feel about the ID, but I would like to hear some other opinions.
