Peachy mating - Phidippus audax - male - female

Peachy mating - Phidippus audax - Male Female
Florida, USA
She isn't what I consider a "high quality" bryantae, but the male's pattern is well developed. They should produce similar colored offspring with a wide range abdominal shading. The offspring will have orange markings until they reach adulthood. I've noticed that non-orange type adult audax will not usually have deep-orange or red-orange colored markings as sub-adults but a range of light orange to off-white. If a specimen has the deep-orange spots as a sub-adult, it will not have true white spots as an adult.
