These are both offspring of the specimen in photos #31816 and #31818. Here the female was receptive to the male's courting but refused to let him turn her abdomen to copulate. After about ten minutes, she was able to walk away from him. She did not show any aggression toward him at any point. I find it interesting that she didn't allow him to mate with her. I'll have to try it again with this male, then another if that's not successful. A well-fed, adult female will typically be receptive to a male and willing to copulate. She repeatedly moved to the side and to the bottom of the foam mat.
