Anthaxia dichroa...
...is just a guess at this point - the males of this species that I have seen are all much brighter green that this one, but we know that many species in this subgenus have multiple color forms. Examination of the genitalia would be needed for verification.

I have been rearing alot of Anthaxia this spring that look alot like this one. I'm going to go ahead and say that this is a male Anthaxia dichroa.
Maybe Ted or someone else can confirm by the pics.

i'm surprised that there are so few Anthaxia pix in the guide
they are so much more prominent across N.Eurasia -- like, every other dandelion has some...

i'll be watching what our bup guys say
