Delphacid Nymph?

Delphacid Nymph?
Montrose, Laurens County, Georgia, USA
May 28, 2010
Although colored radically differently from the other examples shown in BG, it has enough characteristics in common to lead me to believe that it is a delphacid. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Really, I don't mind....

Issidae
Exciting stuff - I have no idea what it might be, other than some kind of Issid (note the way the pronotum wraps around the eye). By elimination, it ought to be Hysteropterum; but without even a rough idea of its size, I hesitate to put a genus name on it.

Please watch for adults!
