You are not alone
Many people don't realize that. I may add that the cropped images show a lot better as thumbnails when you are browsing, so it is a good idea all around.
You can crop the ones you already posted, not just the future ones, edit the post and replace the image. The pattern of this one is slightly out of the ordinary and so it may be worth keeping, otherwise it may end up in Frass as we have lots of this species.

Reminds me of Toxomerus. It's a female, I believe.
