Anisodactylus nigrita (Dejean) I think...
based on the shape of the pronotum, the lack of elytral & pronotal pubescence, and a row of dorsal bristles on the 1st hind tarsal segment (barely visible in the ventral). Other characters not visible here include clypeus with 2 setigerous punctures on each side and finely pubescent prosternum. A transcontinental species also found in the Northwest.
