Ph. alticeps: Elytra relatively smooth, subglabrous; occiput distinctly acuminate; mesotibia of male inflated, with a deep ventral furrow; antennae sexually dimorphic, segments III-V of male wider and subglabrous anteriorly; body linear, elytra distinctly declivent laterally, not widening posterad
