Click Beetle??? - Phengodes plumosa
Grimsby, Ontario, Canada
June 1, 2010
Size: 1 1/4"
This red insect flew by my head and landed on blade of grass under an evergreen tree. It has interesting looking antennae.
I apologize if the image is blurry, I was trying to hold a tree branch out of the way while trying to get these shots.
