Good find
that certainly does look very close. The dorsal heart mark is a little wider than the ones we current have in the guide, but I won't argue if you move it there.

Yes
in the reference above, if you scroll down it shows the ventral pattern of avida. The image in the reference is of a spider that is either a little emaciated or dead, but the pattern is certainly the same.

 
confusing,,,
I have the Dondale keys and S. retrorsa is described as having a black venter w/ a white mark in the middle, not avida.
