Found in oak woodland.
Looks like it wasn't completely done developing its wings.
Reminds me of the Orange-patched Smoky Moth.

It looks like an orange patched with deformed wings, poor thing! I have to post one, but at least mine has normal wings.

Thanks for confirming. I've seen a lot of butterflies with problems, but this is the first time that I've seen a moth messed up like this.
