Wasp - Steniolia

Wasp - Steniolia
Hermiston, Umatilla County, Oregon, USA
July 1, 2008
Quick moving, curls it's tail under when it flies, loves flowers, but will hover above ground and/or land. Freaky looking insect, but somewhat aggressive, it kept buzzing my head.
