Mite...or Spider? - Anystis

Mite...or Spider? - Anystis
Seneca Rocks, West Virginia, USA
May 31, 2010
Size: around 1/16"
When I spotted this tiny arachnid, it was running around in circles...as if constructing a web. Suddenly, it pounced spider-like on a small winged insect. This image was photographed with a bellows at @ 3.5-lifesize, then cropped to enlarge it further.
Any possible I.D. would be appreciated.
(Bonus points go to whomever can identify its victim.)

I think
Anystidae (Whirligig Mites) http://bugguide.net/node/view/94327/bgimage

For dinner I'll make the wild guess of Orthocladiinae maybe Cricotopus?

Excellent!
You seem to have nailed both!...Thanks John!
