un idable
from this angle it is almost impossible to ID. Could be a Clouded Skipper but also could be one of the many brown grass skippers

What do yoou think about a...
Brazilian skipper? With the long pointed forewing and the translucent spots it seems like a possibility, and the size seems right too.

not likely
The Brazilian Skipper has much larger forewing spots and obvious spots on the underside of the hindwing. It is more of a yellowish brown underneath and has a different look to it. This strikes me as a typical grass skipper. The size estimate is frequently off so I don't usually look at that.

ah
What do you mean by "typical grass skipper" Ray?

typical
A Fiery Skipper is the typical grass skipper for size reference... check the guide for Clouded Skipper and compare

yes
That was my guess because of the spots.
