Deltocephalini Leafhopper - Scaphoideus nigrellus

Size: 6-8mm
My first inclination was Osbornellus. With an equilateral, arrowhead vertex, based on Beirne's study (1) and others, I guesstimate this specimen to be in the Deltocephalinae subfamily, genus Scaphoideus.

The markings on this specimen, while very distinctive, seem to common to several species in the "carinatus group."
