Unknown Snout Beetle - Eugnamptus angustatus

I can't seem to find a true match to this. These are quite uncommon this year. Last summer, they were rather plentiful. Go figure.

seemed so damned familiar. I just had another (with the red band) ID'ed towards the end of May. Thank you, Blaine
