Stirellus bicolor
This is the winter form of Stirellus bicolor that I had requested on http://bugguide.net/node/view/25847/bgimage. Thanks!
It is distinguished from other greyish leafhoppers by the very narrow head, with the eyes separated by only their own width.

Great
I'll add another view...sorry the shots aren't that good....it was a very hard angle about two inches off the ground and from experience I know you can't move the subject without it hopping out of sight.
