I'm not an expert...
But the shape makes me think of a nymph in the Genus Scaphoideus or the Genus Scaphytopius....of course I could be way off, haha. I would suggest moving it to the Leafhoppers section where Andy Hamilton is more likely to spot it and give you an ID.
