Rhagio tringarius
It appears to be the European introduced Rhagio tringarius by the light yellow hind femur (contrasting it to R. vertebratus which is infuscated on the discal third of the hind femur that it superficially resembles)

Bears a passing resemblance to Rhagio:



Still, resemblances can be deceiving, and I'm not an expert, so be sure to wait for a more informed opinion.
