Please put the size in the size field on your images, that is why we have one. Also note the instructions on every image submission form "Please do not include any other text or markup in the image."

I apologize. I took these images with a dissecting-scope/camera set-up that places a scale bar on the image. I thought it was helpful and admit I had not noticed the instructions quoted above.

Ah!
I didn't know. We have some people who add a lot of stuff with photoshop.

Moved from Psylla trimaculata.

Hit the wrong button!
I did not mean to move this image... hit the button by accident. Sorry!

Moved tentatively based on the following D.B. Thomas's comment:
"In Hodkinson's (1988) catalogue, the only Psyllid species breeding on Prunus spp. is Psylla trimaculata Crawford. And it is found in New England."

it would be great, Kerry, if you could followup and try to take pix of their adults for the Guide, too. =v=

Moved from Jumping Plant Lice.

New photos
I added some new photos - hope these are helpful. They are definitely good jumpers, which made the photo session interesting!

many thanks for sharing these
good series, and we'll eventually figure it out.
