Excellent suggestion!
Having had a look, I'm inclined to agree. Something in the Myopinae, I'll wager.

Still, best to wait for one of the Diptera specialists to be sure.

Please always start with cropped images. The uncropped ones are not needed.

Or maybe it's just the angle. In any case, I suggest moving your post to Diptera for expert attention.

In addition, it wouldn't hurt to crop the pic some (only you and editors can see the full-size image).
