Argyresthia
This looks to be an Argyresthia, possibly a somewhat rubbed individual of A. subreticulata, for which the placement of the markings is a good match.

Thanks
Terry, I have this and two others that match by DNA. The nearest species match is a single specimen of A. subreticulata .
It is off by about 2.4 %, enough to suspect but not confirm the ID. The reference specimen is shown here: DNA-ATBI-3200
I have another matching specimen shown here: BugGuide and just uploaded the third here: BugGuide
If you say that the images are a good match, I will move them to the guide page for A. subreticulata.

subreticulata
I would say that the images are a good enough match to move them to the A. subreticulata page.
