I didn't realize there were 2 bugs when I took this photo.

Distinct teeth / spines on anterior margin of pronotum, dorsal surface of femora carinate, head pale with obscure stripes, juga acutely pointed and distinctly surpassing apex of tylus at its dorsal level (1) ---> Chelinidea tabulata
