Moved to O. occidentalis
Moved from Operophtera bruceata occidentalis.

O. occidentalis is again formally recognized as a full species in Pohl, et al. (2018). (1)

Moved to Operophtera bruceata occidentalis
Moved from Bruce Spanworm.

Operophtera bruceata is out of range. See Gwiazdowski et al. 2013 here. It's a little messy but I think that all examples in your area can be placed in this subspecies. This really is a true species but has not been formally elevated. It was synonymized as a subspecies of Operophtera bruceata (Hulst, 1886) in Troubridge & Fitzpatrick (1993) but it may end up that rather than wait, that synonymy will be simply considered invalid.
