Identification
A small dancer. Male resembles a bluet, with its blue and black pattern. Note the one narrow ring (at segment 7?). Has wide black shoulder stripes. Female is tan (almost yellow) and black. Note segment 8 is pale blue above.

Sunny seepages areas with grasses

Predatory on other insects
Life Cycle
Species is found in colonies near seeps.
Remarks
A very bluet-like dancer.
